We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.Position Summary: Assists in the delivery and merchandising of advanced sold products of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product.Duties/Responsibilities:* Check accuracy and stability of the load* Deliver products to customer* Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards* Invoice and collect monies due* Pick up company property* Secure company assets* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures* Settle all accounts daily* Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedQualificationsEducation/Experience:* High-School Diploma/GED* No experience necessary - on the job training is performed* Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license* Familiarity with DOT regulations; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirements* Driving record within MVR policy guidelines* Intent to obtain Class A CDL LicenseRequired Skills/Abilities:* Communication Skills* Dexterity Skills* Problem Solving* Interpersonal Skills* Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisorWork Environment: Depends upon the customer the employee is serving.
