Build resident and family satisfaction Qualifications Who You Are:A valid state driver's license, clean driving record, and any specialized licenses (or the willingness and capability to acquire) required to operate multi-passenger vehicles. Experience working with the senior population. Skilled at building relationships with residents. Good navigational skills. Must meet State requirements on criminal background check. Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Test that includes marijuana. Must be a minimum age of 25 years of age transport residents and run errands fort the community.
