Responsible for providing transportation of residents to various locations. Drives residents to doctor's appointments, has on-call availability, and coordinates necessary vehicle maintenance. Typically has a Commercial Drivers License, Class B with passenger endorsement. Also as Maintenance Assistant Assures the proper functioning of all the physical plant, mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventativemaintenance, and the compliance to all Community policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
