Driver - Michaels Communities : Job Details

Operates a golf cart, shuttle bus and/or trolley safely and efficiently. - Accurately completes rider log & driver trip sheet for each shift. - Knowledgeable of pick-up and destination points and be able to communicate these to the residents. - Accurately relays product knowledge to respond to all resident's questions pertaining to amenities available. - Responsible for representing Community to customers by providing high quality, efficient service. - Responds to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pick-ups or drop-offs. - Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle. - Transmits and receives over two-way radio system and/or cellular phone. - Reports accidents or other safety situations to Management. - Treats all passengers, guests and other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. - Responsible for maintaining the professional physical appearance of the shuttle including marketing materials; signage, displays, etc. and ensuring that all displa...Driver, Vehicle, Property Management, Management
