Company Description

Service Measure (SM) is a field data collection company founded in 2013 in New York.

We collect data where automation is not possible. Our services include counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas for detailed insights to inform decisions. Our field data collection teams operate across Europe and North America, ready for new challenges.

Project Objective:

The project aims to test new features in an online mapping application in both day and night modes. Drivers will operate vehicles in urban, high-traffic areas, collaborating with a co-pilot. Drivers will record details about app functionality and usability in a spreadsheet, using a tablet or laptop to complete surveys. This data supports client improvements.

New hires will undergo one day of remote training. The company covers all project expenses, including vehicle rental, fuel, parking, and tolls. The project duration is 3-4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 7-8 hours daily, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with approximately five routes per day.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Proficient driving skills in urban, high-traffic areas
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Google Spreadsheet and Google Forms
• Collaborative and tech-savvy
