Parsons Ave. Brandon FL 33511Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive

• Transport patients to and from medical appointments safely and professionally
• Confirm appointments with our patients
• Perform daily car inspections, keep the car clean and well-maintained
• Regularly check for safety issues and report any concerns to the appropriate manager
• Follow all traffic regulations and ensure a smooth and timely journey to the designated locations
• Assist patients in boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, providing any necessary support, such as helping them with walkers or wheelchairs
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy and patience when dealing with patients
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, their families, and medical staff to address any concerns or special requirements
• Company Cell Phone authorized for business use only during all scheduled works hours
• Company vehicles authorized for official business use only and not personal use
• Notify Dispatch or supervisors about any minor/major repairs and maintenances.
• Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
• Interact with members/coworkers in a professional manner.
• Assist members with loading and unloading from vehicles.
• Open vehicle doors and assist passengers
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
• Dress professionally and in accordance with company's dress code during all working hours.
• Vehicles are for authorized members only.
• Must use company issued cell phone to access apps Clocking to punch-in and punch-out at the start and end of their shift and at the start and end of their lunch break, (Punch-in/out Must be done at authorized locations)
• Keep interior driver area of vehicle clean and presentable.
• Do not carry or permit weapons/alcoholic beverages on board company vehicles.
• Will be responsible for any traffic citations including traffic camera violations when operating a company vehicle.

• Valid Florida license and reliable vehicle
• Previous Driving Experience with passenger transport preferred
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
• Ability to be multitask and prioritize
• Must be able to work with limited supervision
• Capable of managing difficult or emotional customer situations by responding promptly to members needs and requests
• Must exhibit good active listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to sit most of the time, or walk as needed
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear; and taste or smell
• HIPAA awareness
• Pass a criminal background check

• Must be able to stand, sit, walk
• Must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
