We're hiring a Drafter who knows their way around CAD software and wants a job where their technical brain and practical skills are finally appreciated.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Use CAD software to create detailed production drawings (multi-view, assembly, and load drawings).
• Work with engineers and production teams to bring ideas to life — the kind of ideas that require real math, machine knowledge, and materials understanding.
• Update and revise drawings to reflect changes, so things stay accurate and consistent.
• Help determine shipping needs with load drawings.
• Create and maintain CNC programs — this is where your technical side shines.
• Handle Work Orders like a pro, meeting deadlines and shifting gears when priorities change.
• Keep CAD files organized and easy to find.
• Record key info like BOMs, model weights, material needs, and design parameters.

Work Experience What You Need to Bring:

• Education/Experience:
• Associate's degree or tech school completion in CAD/drafting or a related field plus 2 years of experience.
• OR 5 years of hands-on drafting/design experience in a similar setting.

• Software Skills:
• Strong with AutoCAD 2D — you'll be using it daily.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Epicor and Nest software? That's a bonus.

• Equipment Know-How:
• PCs, office hardware, basic troubleshooting — you don't need to be IT, just confident.
