Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist: - Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and guide patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise routines.
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain current medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Deliver age-appropriate care to neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Qualifications for a Physical Therapist: - Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
