We are currently searching for a board-certified medical dosimetrist to join our team. This is primarily a hybrid role in central Minnesota (3 days onsite). The ideal candidate is proficient with Eclipse treatment planning system.

What You'll Do
- Develop radiation treatment plans with members of the radiation oncology team.
- Perform dosimetry activities to include contouring, deformable/rigid registrations, dose accumulation, treatment planning (3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT), and treatment preparation.
- Treatment management for patients before, during and after treatment. Coordinate patient care with physician, physics, therapist, nursing, and administration staff.
- Advise radiation team members how beam modifying, or immobilization devices should be used in radiation treatments.
- Calculate or verify calculations of prescribed radiation doses.
- Define and record clinical site workflows.
- Perform additional duties, as needed.
What You'll Need
- CMD Certification by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board.
- Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences / Medical Dosimetry or related field preferred.
- Seasoned experience with Eclipse Treatment planning.
- Seasoned experience in Aria environment; as well as the setup of an Aria environment.
- Experience with External Beam Planning, including conventional planning, 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of radiation oncology.
- Ability to accurately delineate organs at risk and develop optimal treatment plans in accordance with the physician's prescription and constraint form.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with all levels of the healthcare team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well independently and in team environments.
- Ability to stay focused and organized in a high-volume facility.
- Superior level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
