This hands-on role involves preparing yeast-raised doughnuts from proofing to frying and finishing. You'll be working with commercial bakery equipment, assisting with inventory, and ensuring our doughnuts meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial bakery equipment (proof boxes, fryers, filling machines, etc.) to prepare doughnuts.
• Proof, fry, fill, ice, glaze, sugar, and decorate a variety of yeast-raised doughnuts.
• Pack finished products for retail display and wholesale delivery.
• Review daily production sheets and manage inventory as needed.
• Monitor quality control measures (e.g., fryer oil changes, product dating, rotation, and consistency).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment and surfaces are sanitized regularly.
• Assist with miscellaneous bakery tasks, including helping with pies, restocking supplies, and supporting wholesale customer orders.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Uphold the company's core values, mission, and vision in all work and interactions.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly throughout shift
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments up to 20% of the time
• Ability to push/pull loaded carts and racks as part of daily tasks

• No formal education required
• On-the-job training provided
