Job Description :
1. Identify and develop creative strategies to attract, manage and retain potential blood drive Sponsors and feeder groups for existing blood drives .. Implement new methods for efficient scheduling of blood drives by assigned Sponsors .. Assist management with developing and mentoring staff, assessing progress of team members, running monthly team and booking meetings, and sharing in-depth knowledge .. Serve as a creative and operational resource to assigned junior staff to ensure consistent and effective implementation of recruitment plan .. Assist management in developing overall annual and long-term recruitment plans with attendant strategies and methods for implementation .. Ensure tools, technology and strategy provided by the organization to enhance customer service, efficiency and productivity are fit for purpose and identify opportunities for improvement ..
