Donor Client Service Representative - Luminis Health : Job Details

Assists Lead Blood Donor Center Recruiter in meeting the blood donation programs overall recruitment efforts in accordance with programs standards and goals. Essential Job Duties:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assists Donor Room staff with efficient flow of donors through the donation process. Establishes donor suitability according to regulatory, facility, and laboratory guidelines and protocols. Receives and processes routine telephone requests or inquiries and follows through to resolution. Assists the Blood Donor Center Recruitment Coordinator with the recognition program for donors, civic groups, and other businesses supporting the Donor Center. Schedules donors to best meet the needs of the donor in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. Pulls recruitment lists based on Donor Center and mobile schedule and aligns with inventory needs.
