Donor Center Technician I (Full Time) - Octapharma Plasma : Job Details

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g. FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP) to maintain the highest production standards and ensure facility compliance. - Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values and culture. - Maintains cleanliness of work area to ensure a clean and professional environment. Stocks and maintains an orderly work area with sufficient supplies to meet production demands. - Maintains Donor Center equipment based on Standard Operating Procedures and applicable manufacturer instructions. - Monitors donor conditions, employing techniques to ensure donor comfort, safety, and the quality of plasma product. - Maintains Donor confidentiality based on company policy. - Maintains complete and accurate record keeping per company's Standard Operating Procedures. - Responsible for troubleshooting machine alarms/alerts and perform Q - ...Technician, Customer Service, Evaluation, Operations, Equipment, Healthcare, Plasma
