Our Donation Processing Associate will participate in supporting the Tampa Bay community through data entry work and other customer support functions as a member of a larger, fun team. As our Donation Processing Associate you will help provide vital support to Metropolitan Ministries and to those we serve. Your contribution of time and skill will help many in our community have a Happy and Hopeful Holiday! Essential Responsibilities:1) Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of the donor database including, but not limited to, the processing of financial gifts daily which requires a basic knowledge of Virtuous and/or Raisers Edge. If needed, training in the use of these CRMs will be provided.
