Donation Center Associate - Osceola - PT - Goodwill : Job Details

To provide a positive donor experience by providing exceptional customer service while efficiently receiving, pricing, and sorting donations. Support the overall operations of a fast-paced Donation Center to maintain an organized and productive environment. This position reports to the Donation Center Manager who evaluates performance annually. Essential Job Functions: Greet and assist donors at the Donation Drive-Thru, professionally unloading and handling donations while placing them in the appropriate staging area. Efficiently process donations by sorting, sizing, hanging, and accurately pricing items before moving them to designated staging areas.
