Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing. Skills/ Abilities: Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and field personnel. Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of payroll program and the ability to learn other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to use basic math skills. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background test.
