Job Description :
Supervise 7-10 Stores. Follow up On Operations & Maintain standards. The ability to Lead People and hold people accountable. Review purchase orders for locations. Review team schedules to ensure proper labor goals are met. The ability to multitask and jump in if needed. Interview/ Hire/ Train employees. Daily inspections of stores to ensure food quality & safety. Good Employee relations & communication skills. Monitor stores daily progress throughout the day using live reports. Ensures proper admin is completed by management team. Coach mgrs. On all aspects of food cost & how the effectively control it. Verify daily/weekly Inventory happens. Maintain Dominos Operations standards Qualifications. Please do not apply if you do NOT have Previous Management experience.
