Dog Daycare Receptionist - DIGS Canine Hotel Spa & Daycare : Job Details

*Job Summary:*We are looking for a friendly and organized *Dog Daycare Receptionist* to join our team! This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our daycare, grooming, and walking services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using *PetExec* to manage appointments and maintain customer records as well as having a great customer service attitude for all our guests that enter!*Key Responsibilities:**Customer Service & Front Desk Duties** Greet customers and their pets with a welcoming and professional attitude.* Answer phone calls, emails, and messages regarding scheduling, inquiries, and customer concerns.* Check dogs in and out for daycare, grooming, and walking services.* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.*Scheduling & Administrative Tasks** Use *PetExec* to schedule grooming appointments, daycare visits, and dog walks.* Update and maintain accurate customer and pet profiles, including vaccination records.* Coordinate with daycare staff and groomers to ensure smooth daily operations.* Communicate appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups with clients.*Facility & Pet Care Coordination** Monitor lobby and ensure a safe and clean environment for pets and clients.* Assist with basic pet handling when needed (e.g., guiding dogs to designated areas).* Follow company policies and safety protocols regarding pet interactions.*Qualifications & Skills:** Experience in a *Doggie Daycare and Customer Service* *REQUIRED*.* Proficiency in *PetExec or similar Pet Care software ( Gingr, Kennel Connection, Pro Pet, etc. ) REQUIRED** Strong communication and multitasking skills.* Passion for animals and comfort handling dogs of all breeds and sizes.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Basic knowledge of pet health and behavior is a plus.*Benefits:** Competitive pay based on experience.* Opportunities for growth within the company.* Employee discounts on daycare, grooming, and pet care services.* A fun and rewarding work environment with lots of furry friends!*How to Apply*To be considered for this position, please apply directly through Indeed with your *resume attached.**Important:*Your resume must *clearly include*:* Prior dog daycare experience* Specific experience with the Pet Care software noted above.Applicants *without relevant experience* listed will not be considered.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $16.50 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Employee assistance program* Employee discount* Paid time off* Paid trainingApplication Question(s):* Are you at least 18 years old?
