Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Innovative Concrete, LLC offers a unique opportunity for military personnel transitioning to civilian life through the DoD SkillBridge program as a Commercial Concrete Field Engineer in North Dakota. This role allows candidates to leverage military training and experience to develop skills in the concrete and construction industry while supporting our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of concrete projects at various sites
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and team members
• Assist in training crew members on best practices and safety measures
• Prepare project reports, including documentation of materials, labor costs, and safety compliance

Requirements

• Must be transitioning military personnel eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
• Must have commanding officer approval to participate
• Understanding of construction principles, especially in concrete work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Project management experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
