- Create and manage documents supporting the funding, closing, and booking of commercial equipment finance lease transactions
- Perform research and due diligence on various third parties
- Establish secure title and interest in leased property, including ordering, reviewing, and filing UCC financing statements
- Ensure completed documentation and funding packages meet all credit approval conditions
- Monitor each lease transaction for compliance with documentation, invoicing, vendor payments, insurance, titling, etc.
- Process vendor invoices, including verifying payment and wiring instructions
- Update and maintain transaction reports, primarily using Excel
- Review transaction reports daily and follow up with internal teams and external parties to gather outstanding items
- Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience preparing documentation to close and fund financial transactions
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Associate's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, or a related field preferred; 2+ years of experience in a financial setting preferred
- Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills under critical deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
