Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Documentation Specialist in Fitchburg, WI

Pay rate: $ 25.00/hr

Shift availability: PART TIME (24 hours per week) between: Monday - Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

Our ideal Documentation Specialist candidate must be able to:

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of admin/office experience

  • Detail Oriented

  • Oral and written communication

  • MS Excel (2-4 years of exp, Intermediate level)

  • MS Office (2-4 years of exp, Intermediate level)

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP

  • Computer literacy, working with scripts not needing to write scripts but just use existing ones

Education/Certification Requirements:

Associate Degree minimum. Bachelor's preferred.

Experience requirements for this Documentation Specialist:

  • Ownership of the work - tracking, execution, escalations.

  • Technical Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables etc)

  • Communication Skills

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
