Documentation Specialist- 1st Shift - PipingRock.com : Job Details

This position is responsible for the maintenance and control of all R&D and documentation; electronic and non-electronic documents for Quality and R&D. Responsibilities: • Additional duties as assigned • Prints and issues batch records • Updates formulas and master batch record instructions • Position holder manages the change control system related to R&D and Quality • Maintains the facility Training Matrix and training • Manages and maintains documents/requirements for customers in their PLM • Help maintain a professional and organized work space • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as • Perform other tasks as needed • Supports, encourages and complies with all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental, Health and Wellness • Coordination and trending of Water Testing activities Qualifications: • Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP andon the job training • Bachelor's in Science preferred • Strong computer knowledge with Microsoft Office is required • Project Management skills are required • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Must have excellent mathematical • Must be organized and able to keep records • Experience in R&D, Quality or Production in the Dietary Supplement, Food or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus Experience with FDA, GMP regulated industries a plus • High school diploma or equivalency preferred Role's Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Must be able to stand for 8 hours • Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment • Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours • Work environment - may be exposed to powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish) We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
