Job Description :

This Document Management Expert position is a vital leadership role within the Commercial Administration organization. You will play a key part in enhancing the framework and updating the Policy, Process, and Procedure function within the Commercial Line of Business, focused on driving efficiency and effectiveness. This role is foundational to the risk management and operational control structure of the Line of Business. As an advocate for process improvement, you will provide thought leadership on achieving process optimization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Policy, Process, and Procedure management program for the Commercial Bank.

  • Leading the development of the process and procedure infrastructure, including tools and techniques by cataloging and managing the full lifecycle of Commercial Banking processes and procedures.

  • Collaborating with internal partners and supporting Commercial Banking to address requests and timely resolve issues identified by regulatory bodies, internal audits, or compliance assessments.

  • Acting as a primary liaison for internal audit/compliance reviews and external examinations.

  • Working alongside Commercial leadership to ensure appropriate controls are established.

  • Partnering with teams to analyze existing workflows, create process documentation, and utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance and implement improvements.

  • Leading and managing process improvement projects, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

  • Ensuring the health of process and procedure dashboards, including oversight of review pipelines and facilitating timely process reviews to maintain data accuracy.

  • Consulting and collaborating on change management initiatives associated with Commercial processes.

  • Supporting or developing training and educational programs for key employees on new or altered processes, impacts, industry best practices, and upcoming legislation.

  • Providing strategic input to enhance process performance and align improvements with business objectives.

  • Taking on other duties as assigned.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree along with 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years specifically in business process management and procedure documentation, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Relevant certifications in Business Process Management such as Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) Professional, or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

  • A strong understanding of the banking industry and regulatory guidelines.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to foster relationships both internally and externally.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • The ability to analyze complex data, pinpoint root causes, and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in documenting, evaluating, and analyzing complex company functions to identify risks and create value-added compliance and control improvement recommendations.

  • Skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing departmental needs and organizational requirements.

Compensation Range:

$69,230.00 - $149,000.00

The posted compensation range reflects our standard for this role, but actual compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience level. This range does not account for the full earning potential of this role.
