Project Administrator / Document Controller

Do you want to be part of a Project Team for our activities with your administrative knowledge? Then you should read further! As a Project Administrator / Document Controller (temporary position), you will be responsible for the project management system. You will provide a document control service, maintaining effective control of all project documentation, consistent with company standards, processes and project eDMS systems (Aconex or Sharepoint)

Your Responsibilities
  • Is the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) on the project wrt. Document Control
  • Works closely with the Project Management Team and maintains awareness of document control amongst project team members, subcontractors / suppliers by informing, explaining and training the procedures and tools
  • Checks documentation to ensure that Employer Requirements and DEME standards are met with regards to Document Control. Take measures if the quality of documents is below standard and not acceptable
  • Manages the flow of communication on the project
  • Updates/adjust the standard document control procedures for the project and throughout the project lifecycle
  • Is responsible for managing the project's Document Management System (DMS), assists on implementation and fully controls the permissions setup
  • Manages every process step the document takes in the document lifecycle, from draft until archiving
  • Follows up on assigned tasks in an accurate, structural and punctual way, bringing them to a close
Your Profile
  • Have a bachelor degree or similar through experience
  • Have an administrative background with a focus on policy & processes
  • Advanced digital skills in Office, basic skills in Data Management Systems is a plus
  • See and get opportunities and be result driven
  • Can set priorities and have a flexible attitude
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Are fluent in English. Knowledge of another European language is a strong asset
  • Have excellent communicative skills and are a team player
