Job Summary: The primary goal of this position is oversight and coordination for all documentation, transmittals, and associated document review/approval processes for the Casting Future State (CFS) project to install casting complexes DC-11 and DC-12. This role will also be responsible for the oversight, management, and upkeep of the document management system as well as supporting coordination and tracking of DOE deliverables and reports. Responsibilities:
- Management of the SharePoint document management sites created for the CFS project including folder structure and file naming convention with support from the project team.
- Management of the transmittal and Request for Information (RFI) process between the project team and vendors/contractors.
- Track and manage document and drawing status and revision levels.
- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly project reporting and status updates including deliverable status, timesheets, RFIs, transmittals, etc.
- Assist project team with development and maintenance of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Regularly review the project document management system for compliance with Constellium processes and requirements.
- Enter requisitions for CFS project with support from other administrative roles.
- Support project and package managers with task list maintenance
- Assist project management and cost teams to maintain updated project forecasts and schedule.
- Acts as a backup to project cost admin.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from an ABET-accredited program, required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and/or work collaboratively within a team environment -required
- Ability to adapt to a new industrial environment, required
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, required
- Must be well organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, required
Job Specifics:
- Document coordination and support from project inception through installation, startup, commissioning, and operations including, but not limited to, design documentation and drawings, specification, RFIs, Transmittals, and various project reports.
- Required to interface with multiple departments including project management, finance/accounting, engineering, process, quality, operations, etc.
- Required to utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Technical Writing skills will need to be developed.
