Role description:
The Document Control Manager will assist the Project Control team by providing data needed to develop weekly dashboards and reports.
Role accountabilities:
- Manage overall document management for the project, including establishing and maintaining an efficient project folder directory using MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Format and proofread all outgoing formal correspondence, such as meeting minutes, letters, action trackers, memoranda, and reports.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for in-person or online meetings, including booking conference rooms.
- Develop and maintain effective document logs and establish reminders for pending actions to ensure timely follow-up.
- Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in administration of design and construction projects, capable of performing administrative and office support tasks confidently.
