Document Management Administrative Professional
Selectek is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Document Management Administrative Professional to join our team in the fast-paced electrical construction industry. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of essential project documentation across multiple job sites and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documents including contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, and specifications
- Monitor document revisions and ensure up-to-date records through version control processes
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to track documentation flow and deadlines
- Prepare and distribute document packages and reports to internal teams and clients
- Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, client requirements, and company protocols
- Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and digital filing
Required:
- 2 plus years of experience as a Document Control Admin for either a construction firm or electrical engineering firm.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Preferred:
- Document Control Software experience with Procore, Sharepoint, Bluebeam, Autodesk is not required but highly preferred.

Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00
Term: 6-months temp to perm
