Document Automation Specialist with LiquidOffice, Autonomy or Teleform

Motocol is recruiting for our client.

The Document Automation Specialist will enhance and maintain document automation systems across all divisions and Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) customers. Responsibilities include programming and updating data structures for document imaging and management, monitoring system integrity, maintaining server and network infrastructures, and optimizing workflows through electronic contact management programming and application development.

Key functions include:

  • Evaluating file and data structures for applications and setup for each division.
  • Coordinating design layout and automation of forms.
  • Programming to set up divisional systems.
  • Establishing links for data import/export between systems.
  • Configuring and maintaining HP Autonomy workflows and HP Exstream document creation.
  • Programming and administering SQL databases and IIS websites.
  • Providing feedback on projects to the Team Lead.
  • Monitoring software upgrades and working with vendors on enhancements.
  • Installing upgrades and setting up non-file systems (forms, updates, PDFs, Office Automation).
  • Providing technical support for document automation systems and assisting the IT department.
  • Requirements include:

    • Experience with document imaging, relational databases, and PC skills.
    • At least 2 years with ASP.NET, MS SQL, Java, XSL/XML, HTML, or SOAP.
    • At least 1 year with Teleform, InVision (LiquidOffice), HP Autonomy, or similar systems.
    • Preferably 1 year with HP Exstream.
    • Experience with RightFax and Faxback systems.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Java, and at least one of Teleform, LiquidOffice, or Autonomy.
    • Java and SQL development experience.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
