YSI is seeking a highly qualified System Analyst 4. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

• Hybrid - Richmond, VA - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Parking is not provided for contractors.

This position is for a Systems Analyst with proficiency in coordination, direction, and procedures for all testing phases of a multi-vendor, large-scale software system. The candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision and successfully interact with multiple technical and business user groups. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the execution and monitor the schedule, track results, and raise awareness when risks or problems arise.
• Responsible for all System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End2End Testing (E2E) for the MMIS and MES modules.
• Testing of configured Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications, and the conversion and integration of data from other systems in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES Modules and COTS products).
• Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track the defects to closure in a timely fashion.
• Understand the requirements and design of the project, develop test cases, test data, and verify the software changes.
• Serve as liaison between the developer and the Business User.
• Communicate and report to stakeholders about the results and progress of all UAT Testing including Test Summary and Execution metrics.
• Escalate and track UAT defects through resolution.
• Maintain historical UAT Testing information.
• Meet deadlines with a high level of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and motivation.
• Significant experience in managing UAT, defect triage calls, and coordination involving multiple systems/vendors/teams is required.
• Experience with Teradata queries is preferred.
