About the Team:
The Divisional Sales Director is responsible for the overall sales performance of the entire country and leads a team of Divisional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers. They will have accountability across all physical channels of distribution, including owned and operated (O&O) concept stores, franchise-owned concept stores, and multi-brand accounts.
The Divisional Sales Director, East, is a critical strategic partner in shaping Pandora's future in this important market and will report directly to the VP, Sales.
Your Role as a Divisional Sales Director:
Shape sales strategy for the short-term and long-term development of owned and wholesale channels for your market, in accordance with the overarching sales strategy.Identify trends, wins, and opportunities to develop business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability of the market.Coach and support Divisional Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales performance in their region by maximizing all existing and potential points of distribution, focusing on talent management, inventory management, brand standards, and operational standards.Drive service excellence at all points of distribution, delivering a world-class customer experience and achieving all commercial KPIs.Travel monthly with Divisional Sales Managers to build relationships, have a strong field presence, and gain firsthand understanding of the business.Recruit, develop, and retain Divisional Sales Managers and store leadership as needed.Foster an environment of mutual respect, support innovative business practices, and motivate the team.Support the North America GM by co-creating and executing strategic initiatives, including new store openings, acquisitions, and other activities.Coordinate with franchise owners on reviews, communication policies, and operational standards.Develop relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts, bridging all channels insight and communication.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (merchandising, HR, marketing) for planning and reviews.Work with Merchants on product selection, quantities, and promotional strategies.Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines.Maintain accurate reporting on market performance in collaboration with finance.Define and model target behaviors for the sales organization with the leadership team.Responsible for revenue performance and operational costs across all physical locations in your market.Require 10+ years of multi-store and multi-region leadership experience.Proven success in retail and wholesale environments.Strong strategic development skills and understanding of retail/wholesale business, consumer, and talent within the market.Value-based leadership with a passion for coaching and developing talent.Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with planning and execution capabilities.Self-motivated, high-energy, goal-oriented.Excellent relationship management and influencing skills both internally and externally.Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse backgrounds.Solution-oriented with the ability to overcome challenges.Understanding of inventory management to maximize business potential.Comfortable working in ambiguity and “in the grey”.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.Experience with KPIs and performance metrics, understanding driving behaviors.Ability to lead change in a dynamic environment.Thrives in a fast-paced, complex organization.Proficient in MS Office Applications.Travel Required: Up to 80% travel ability.

Salary Range in New York City:
$230,000 - $280,000, depending on experience.
