Provides capacity building and expertise to local commands to assist in the provision of mission aligned services, procurement of resources, contract management, and program development and delivery. This position oversees the application, compliance, and contract processes for all public funding resources. Responsible for the provision of social services across the Division to include but not limited to Pathway of Hope, Emergency Services, Housing, Anti-Human Trafficking, Health Homes and anti-poverty programs and initiatives.
