Platform Solutions (PS) builds and embeds cloud-based, developer-specific financial products and services in our clients' ecosystems to help them better serve their own clients and customers.

The PS Finance team within Platform Solutions is responsible for providing financial support to business leadership at both divisional and individual levels, interacting with the Executive Office and Firmwide FPA through five primary functions: (1) quarterly earnings, (2) management reporting, (3) budgeting/forecasting, and (4) expense management. This position is for an Analyst who will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer of PS and business unit leads to build models and analyze key drivers for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce quarterly earnings narratives to prepare firmwide and PS leadership for earnings releases.
  • Provide financial guidance to business leadership in all areas of financial management through preparation, review, and analysis of key financial metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Own and improve financial modeling, tools, and processes for submitting annual multi-year budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various teams (e.g., Acquisitions, Risk, Central Finance, Delivery).
  • Manage end-to-end P&L responsibilities for major drivers in partnership with cross-functional teams (originations, prepayments, vendor expenses, credit, marketing spend, etc.).
  • Create detailed financial models with sensitivity analysis for stress testing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead ad-hoc analytics and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial or data analyst role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions for new challenges.
  • Proficiency in building and managing complex financial models.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large datasets across multiple systems and draw logical conclusions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, emphasizing broader strategic impacts.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability within the firm.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High intellectual curiosity, especially regarding customer-focused financial products.

Salary Range:

The expected base salary for this position in New York, NY, is $85,000 to $110,000, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on performance and company results.
