Job Summary

The Division Financial Analyst is responsible for performing financial analysis to be used by Division Ops team to assess financial and operational performance. Provides support in feasibility modeling, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, historical cost and budget analysis, and expense performance comparisons.

This position will be located onsite at our Division Office located in Schaumburg, IL.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assists in the feasibility process by preparing models to support the Land and Finance teams
  • Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan
  • Consolidates budget submissions from various departments and perform budget analysis
  • Reviews overhead performance and develops benchmarks to monitor performance
  • Prepares reports and analysis to management including, but not limited to variance reports and operational metrics

Required Education
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field)
  • Certified Public Accounting license (active or inactive) preferred
Required Experience
  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum 3 years public and/or corporate accounting experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and financial reports
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Pay Information

$72,000 - $85,000 annually. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive bonuses.

General Description of Benefits

All Sales Consultants, except those in CA, are ineligible for paid time off, but receive 8 paid sales holidays in addition to either 23 or 28 days off based on years of service comprised of unpaid time off and paid sick time if applicable in their state.
