Role Overview

As Division Director, you'll be a seasoned player/coachactively contributing to sales or recruiting while leading and growing your team. You'll lead by example and think like an owner—balancing stewardship of process with entrepreneurial energy.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership on business development and operational strategy
• Personally hunt and secure new clients or candidates
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of recruiters/BDMs
• Own performance and drive division-wide throughput
• Collaborate horizontally and vertically within Vernovis
