Job Description/Qualifications

This role supports Central Groups in Semiconductor Products and Customers, offering career growth and collaboration. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting central groups worldwide, managing operating costs, and collaborating with business owners on spending and financial impacts.
  • Working with business owners and product division leaders to update allocation matrices.
  • Maintaining financial models for forecasting and actuals tracking.
  • Handling monthly snapshots, quarterly closes, variance analyses, balance sheet reviews, and reconciliations.
  • Creating standardized management reports for reviews.
  • Supervising and developing a team of financial analysts.
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Team player with a positive attitude and ownership mindset.
    • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Financial modeling expertise.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and motivation to learn.
    • Stakeholder relationship-building and proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3 years, or PhD with no experience.
