DISTRICT COURT DEPUTY CLERK

The City of Camden, Arkansas, is now accepting applications for the position of District Court Deputy Clerk. The Deputy Clerk works under the general supervision of the District Court Clerk and is responsible for providing clerical support to the District Court, including maintaining court dockets, preparing summonses and warrants, coordinating the court calendar, and typing and preparing subpoenas.

Work includes attending court sessions, handling all court correspondence, collaborating with attorneys on court scheduling, maintaining accurate records, cross-referencing, completing required reports, filling in for the District Court Clerk in their absence, and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimal Qualifications: Graduation from High School or equivalent with experience in general office procedures. A good work history and any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish the responsibilities of the office.

The salary range is $12.48 to $13.48/Hr. depending on qualifications. A full fringe benefit is provided, including health insurance and life insurance.
