Reporting to the Senior Regional Director, the District Business Leader (DBL) will be responsible for achieving business objectives by leading a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in promoting ARISTADA, LYBALVI, and other neuroscience products. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, executing sales strategies, understanding district-specific healthcare landscapes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required: BA/BS, 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales, valid driver's license, residence within the geographic area. Preferred: 7+ years industry experience, proven sales success, understanding of healthcare reimbursement, and experience with mental health products.
