Distribution SuperUser Local - NFI Industries : Job Details

The Distribution Super. User (Local) is responsible for local/account-specific support and reports into an operational P&L with a dotted line into the corporate deployment team. This position will receive direction on support needs, how to troubleshoot, and work prioritization from the regional superuser; however, this role reports to the site management and can receive day-to-day instruction from local management. Superuser responsibilities may be in addition to permanent job, such as supervisor. This position serves as technical support for operations and acts as the liaison with Information Technology, Implementations, and/or LMS teams on behalf of the account. Functions as internal consultant regarding system functionality required by operations as well as performing minor configuration changes and end user training.
