Distribution Specialist (9:00am-5:00pm) - Sharp Clinical Services : Job Details

Responsible for receipt, storage, and shipping of packaging process samples. Executes international shipments of finished goods, samples, components, etc. Provides 3 PL services to act as the distributor of finished goods to commercial locations for 3 PL customers. Completes special projects as needed including shipping studies, relabeling, etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Distribution Specialist I position. Receives packaging process samples by verifying accuracy of product and paperwork, updates Smartsheet to document receipt, perform QAD transaction for product transfer, scans product paperwork to shared folder, and works with internal team members to resolve any discrepancies.
