TE Connectivity's Distribution Management Teams manage the sale and placement of products in the marketplace to customers, either directly through the sales force or indirectly through distributors, dealers and agents. ****What your background should look like:****
* Provide customer support throughout Germany, including consulting and regular visits to the sales partner's branch offices
* Work closely with the sales partner to implement and support end-customer projects using salesforce.com as an opportunity tracking tool.
* Provide regular market insights and trend updates
* Experience in the sensor or semiconductor sector is an advantage
* This role reports to the EMEA Mass Market, who may request additional ad hoc tasks from the Distribution Sales Manager, such as forecasting and other daily activities.
* Up to 50% travel time to distributor locations in edition using tools such as MS Teams to build and maintain relationships with distributors.

* Fluent in English and German
**Your profile:**
* BA or MA in commercial or technical field.
* 3 - 5 years of sales experience in B2B
* Very high customer and service orientation
* Winning personality with strong negotiating skills and economic thinking
* High willingness to travel (Germany, Italy, France and Netherland, up to 50 %)
