- Supervise and manage distribution hub operations nationwide to ensure process quality aligns with company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of hub facilities, identify process deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Promote standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure frontline compliance and training.
2. Quality Metrics & Data Analysis
- Develop and maintain KPIs such as sorting accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution rate.
- Use Excel or BI tools to analyze hub performance data and identify areas for process optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports and lead monthly review meetings to drive continuous improvement.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams including Transportation, Customer Service, IT, and Product to resolve operational issues.
- Represent the distribution team in cross-departmental projects and promote information alignment.
- Assist in updating process standards and contributing to enterprise-level improvement initiatives.
- Collect and consolidate user feedback from hubs regarding system/process inefficiencies.
- Draft and submit MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) to the product/IT team.
- Follow up on product releases, lead pilot testing, assess impact, and drive iterative enhancements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, hub management, or product optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with data analysis tools such as BI dashboards is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in system/product requirement analysis or MRD writing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English required.
