Distribution Material Handler - University Hospital : Job Details

What You'll Do Receives, verifies, and signs for all incoming supplies ordered by the University Hospital. Delivers all supplies received in an expeditious manner and maintains accountability and proof of said deliveries. Assists in the preparation and delivery of storeroom orders and prepares packages for outgoing shipments and returns to vendors. Picks up and delivers interoffice, incoming and outgoing mail. Maintains a log of hand deliveries, certified, registered and special delivery correspondence to appropriate personnel. Serves as a liaison between Materials Management and internal campus locations. Maintains knowledge of all Materials Management policies and procedures. Qualifications What You'll Bring. Preferred:High School Diploma/ GED Certification is preferred. Six (6) months of clerical experience involving the handling and/or delivery of mail, packages, supplies, or other items is preferred.
