Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a small warehouse team (6-8 people) to meet daily workflow throughput/output goals.
  • Use available technologies to develop, disseminate, and monitor productivity goals.
  • Take ownership of the health and safety of the work team(s) assigned, and coach individual/team performance.
  • Manage Warehouse Shipping & Receiving, including: Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against shipment records.
  • Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods; record received and shipped items.
  • Perform manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties, utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, and computers to maintain data.
  • Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment, verifying quantity, weight, and conformance; prepare records and bills of lading; route materials.
  • Lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes; prepare parts and tooling for special shipments.
    • Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience
    Additional Details:
    • Work hours: 2nd shift; Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed); 11:30am - 8:00pm (Overtime as needed)
