Distribution Center Recruiter - Kwik Trip : Job Details

Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. Host hiring events to increase applicant flow. Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs. Schedule on-site tours and final interviews. Coordinate and present weekly New Coworker Orientation (NCO) sessions. Facilitate onboarding tasks: drug testing, I-9 verification, badge photos, LMS setup. Manage NCO sign-ups and follow-ups. Maintain supplies and distribute welcome gifts. Support translation needs across facilities. Organize engagement events. Assist with training initiatives as needed. Qualifications. Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interviewing and presentation skills.
