Follow this link to apply: myapps.kwiktrip.com Location: Department 480 - Deforest Shift: Daytime Experience: 1-3 years Pay Range: $58,656.00 to $70,969.08 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Join our team as a Distribution Center Recruiter, where you'll play a vital role in recruiting, onboarding, and engaging coworkers at our DeForest Distribution Center. This position blends strategic hiring with hands-on support for new team members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from day one. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding
• Host hiring events to increase applicant flow
• Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs
• Schedule on-site tours and final interviews
• Coordinate and present weekly New Coworker Orientation (NCO) sessions
• Facilitate onboarding tasks: drug testing, I-9 verification, badge photos, LMS setup
• Manage NCO sign-ups and follow-ups
• Maintain supplies and distribute welcome gifts
• Support translation needs across facilities
• Organize engagement events
• Assist with training initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Interviewing and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, daytime hours. This position will be located in our Deforest, WI Distribution Center with occasional travel to La Crosse, WI or surrounding areas of Deforest, WI
