Distribution Center Operator - Part Time - Day Shift - Organic Valley : Job Details

The Distribution Center Operator will operate material handling equipment while assembling orders to customer specifications. Loads and unloads trucks for the purpose of shipping and receiving goods. Responsible for entering information in Warehouse Management System (WMS) interface relative to product, shipment, and load status. This is a safety sensitive position. The Distribution Center is open 365 days a year including holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Prepares orders by processing requests, follows directive work through the WMS, and fill/assemble order for outgoing shipments. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by keeping the pick lanes, pallet area, dock floor, and shipping/receiving office free of debris and/or clutter. Contributes to team effort by assisting in daily tasks to plan, coordinate, manage time, conduct inventory, record data, and maintain equipment.
