Distribution Center - Crew Supervisor - Post Holdings : Job Details

The Crew Supervisor Role reports to and assists the the Shift Supervisor with day to day operation of the Bloomsburg Distribution Center. Shift: 3rd shift Maintain product safety, quality, and legality for storage and distribution in accordance with PCB quality policy and standards. Assist with assignment of work and workorders including loading, unloading, and picking of product for customer orders. Assist shift supervisor with the daily operations of the shift. Setup of hourly employees at the beginning of each shift. Assist hourly employees with issues that come up during the daily operations in the DC. Assure all employees complete all work in a safe and quality manner, ensuring all policies, regulations and standards are followed. Running the shipping desk including assisting truck drivers with inbound and outbounds orders. Assure compliance to all quality standards, GMP and BRC requirements.
