Dispensing Pharmacist - Long Term Care - Full Time - CVS : Job Details

Directly, and through our subsidiaries, Omnicare provides a broad array of pharmacy-related services to long term care facilities and to other customers in the healthcare environment. While senior care has long been an Omnicare specialty, we also serve other targeted populations. The purpose of the Omnicare Clinical Intervention Center (CIC) pharmacy staff is to provide 24 x 7 remote support services to long term care dispensing pharmacies nationwide. The CIC is staffed with both clinically trained pharmacists and technical support personnel. As a pharmacist for our Clinical Intervention Center, you will conduct comprehensive and accurate medication order reviews, clinical interventions, and documentation of all actions in accordance with policies and procedures.
