Monitors, receives and directs routine and emergency telephone calls to the department, performing a variety of duties of a public service agency. Monitors, receives and transmits routine and emergency radio transmissions to fulfill requests for services and support of officers on duty. Manages software-based multi-channel radio communications, Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES), and input data into a software- based dispatch and records management system. Enters and retrieves confidential computer records and disseminates information to appropriate personnel. Monitors fire alarms, security cameras, and environmental alarms. Performs various support duties related to dispatch functions, including record keeping, typing, filing, and logs.
