Dispatcher - APS : Job Details

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented dispatcher to support daily logistics operations. The dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling drivers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining communication with internal teams and customers.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 DOE

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any delays or issues
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driver logs
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety protocols are followed
• Data Entry

• Bilingual - English and Spanish is a must
• 3 years prior experience in dispatching, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to exercise judgment to quickly solve problems, working with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
